In this retreat we will create sacred space for us to find our inner retreat to enhance joy and gratitude in our everyday life.


Our tools will be:
  • The art of focused Āsana to build awareness and resilience
  • Cleansing Kriya practices to establish a fertile ground within us
  • Chanting sacred Mantra to quieten our mind and inspire our spirit
  • Deep Śavasana/relaxation sessions to sooth our nervous system and open our heart
  • Prānāyāma techniques to expand our consciousness beyond our small worlds
  • Profound meditations to deepen our connection to self, others and our universe
  • Provoking conversation to clear our perspective and lift our spirit.

The retreat price consists of Accommodation with half-board and tuition fee. Please first book your selected room to secure your spot here. Secondly, pay your tuition directly through Monica and Gregor's website.

Accommodation & meals (half-board):

Hotel style accommodation: 360 EUR

Hostel style accommodation: 240 EUR

Half-board includes freshly preapared vegetarian/vegan brunch, dinner, afternoon fruits/snacks & water/tea/coffee.
